Return Policy

Not what you expected? No worries! If the item (s) is unused, you can return it to us.

Eligibility of Returns:

You can return item(s) within 15 days of your receipt of the product. Any item(s) exceeding the 15-day limit will be non-refundable.

Smartechcables will charge you a 5% restocking fee on unused return(s). However, if you have received a defective/damaged item(s), no restocking fee will be charged.

Likewise, Smartechcables will charge a petty 3% bank processing fee on all unused returns.

Smartechcables will only accept return (s) against unused products. Also, for a successful return, the certification labels and serial numbers of the product (s) should be intact. Else, the return policy will be considered null and void.

There will be no return against custom-made parts unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

Items purchased through sales or stock clearance campaigns are non-refundable.

Return Process:

Prior to shipping the item for a refund, send an email at [email protected]. For a return to be successful, you need to attach the evidence of the purchase. Then, you will ship the the item (s) at:

The customer will bear the expenses for shipping charges for return/exchange items.

We will thoroughly inspect the returned item (s) upon their arrival at our facility. If the returned item (s) is found unused/uninstalled, your amount sans banking and stocking fees will be returned. If the item is found to be used or installed, there will be no refund at all.

Exchanges:

When returning a discontinued item, the company may offer you alternate products with comparable specifications. If you still want to proceed with return, we will make a refund against the current market value of the said product (s). The company will not charge any restocking fee but you will pay a bank processing fee of 3%.

If you want to exchange damaged/defective products, just reach out to us. We will arrange a return against defective/damaged product, ship you a replacement, and you will pay no additional charges.

If you want to make an instant exchange/replacement, we suggest you place a new order and apply for the refund simultaneously. Once we receive the returned item (s) and make necessary calculations, the rest of the amount will be refunded immediately.

Usually, it takes 5 to 7 business days to process your refund. We shall keep you updated about the refund status via emails.

If you want to make any changes to the recently placed order, you are required to reach out to us on the same before 3PM. Our CSR specialist will make changes as per your request. If you fail to notify us about the changes on the same day then, you will go through the exchange process as usual.
